We are here to help you restore your marriage!

Marriage is one of the most incredible gifts God gives, but if we are honest, it doesn’t always feel that way. Between busy schedules, stressful jobs, crying babies and cranky teenagers, our marriages don’t always get the attention they deserve.

If you are a married couple facing a challenging place in your relationship and both of you are ready to see that change, we have trained mentor couples who deeply care about seeing your marriage recover to be all that God intended it to be. The MarriedLife Mentoring Ministry at CLC is a volunteer-developed and volunteer run ministry founded to bring hope, healing, and encouragement to couples who are dealing with a difficult season in their marriage. Mentor couples have participated in extensive training and stepped up to respond to the call to serve. They are eager to give of their time and experience by coming alongside couples to help navigate the road to rediscovering joy in the marriage relationship. This truly is church at its best. Couples helping couples with lessons for life!

Two are better than one, because they have a good return for their labor: If either of them falls down, one can help the other up.
But pity anyone who falls and has no one to help them up. Also, if two lie down together, they will keep warm.
But how can one keep warm alone? Though one may be overpowered, two can defend themselves.
A cord of three strands is not quickly broken.

-Ecclesiastes 4:9-12 NIV

If you think you and your spouse could benefit from the mentoring experience, here are a few details:

  • Mentoring happens in confidential, couple-to-couple mentoring sessions and lasts as long as is mutually agreeable to you and your mentor couple.

  • Topics covered are tailored to your specific situation and typically include tips for effective communication, conflict resolution, understanding and responding to different personality types, and other subjects as needed.

  • The cost of the program is a one-time fee of $15 to cover materials. Scholarships are available for church members who may not be able to afford this cost.
