INSPIRE AND EQUIP THE NEXT GENERATION OF YOUNG LEADERS TO BUILD UP THE CHURCH, BETTER SERVE THE PEOPLE AROUND THEM AND PREPARE THEM FOR WHAT’S NEXT.

IT’S ALL ABOUT GROWING YOUR UNDERSTANDING OF WHO GOD IS, WHO YOU ARE, WHERE YOU BELONG, AND YOUR PURPOSE.

“NOW THESE ARE THE GIFTS CHRIST GAVE TO THE CHURCH: THE APOSTLES, THE PROPHETS, THE EVANGELISTS, AND THE PASTORS AND TEACHERS. THEIR RESPONSIBILITY IS TO EQUIP GOD’S PEOPLE TO DO HIS WORK AND BUILD UP THE CHURCH, THE BODY OF CHRIST.” EPHESIANS 4:11-1

Who has God called you to be? What role does he have for you in his great redemption mission for the world? Discovering how you are wired and how to use the gifts God has given you is what the CLC Internship Program is all about! We believe everyone has a function and task within the body of Christ; often it just takes an intentional season of prayer, preperation, and practice to hone in on our God-given purpose. At CLC, we believe growth comes when you’re immersed in community. Not only will you be meeting with fellow interns and sharing life with them, but this program also provides for you two mentors. Your ministry supervisor will shepherd you in their specific facet of CLC’s ministry. Furthermore, the Internship Pastor will gather the interns together on a weekly basis and provide biblical teaching, ministerial leadership, and internship guidance. As an intern you’ll be included in Tuesday staff meetings and also, your ministry team meetings. Each year of the internship has varying levels of responsibility that will take you from growing your character, deepening your competency in ministry, and then walking out your calling. We are excited to welcome your application into this program, and if accepted, we know this experience will benefit your future endeavors in ministry and the marketplace.
