Steps for renting at Christian Life Center:

  1. Regular Attenders at CLC - Use of our facility is available to regular attenders of Christian Life Center.  We also allow non-profit groups to rent the facility on a case-by-case basis.  Please contact Facility Management for more information.

  2. Reserving the Date - Events will be determined on a case-by-case basis - particularly the use of the facility during the months of Thanksgiving, Christmas and Easter.  Ministry sponsored events will take first priority. There must be no conflicting dates, times or resources and requests need to be made 14 days prior to the event date.  Due to service constraints, there will be no rentals permitted on Sundays before 2:00 pm or after 5:00 pm and on Wednesdays or Saturdays after 4:00 pm. Contact Facility Management with your date preferences.

  3. Reserving the Space - The following resources are available for rental: Rooms 105/106 (Choir Room) and Rooms 110/111 (Fireside Room) in the Main Building; Rooms 409 and 510 in the Ministry Center; Rooms 601, 602, 603, 604, 605, and the CLC Coffee Connection in the Connection Center; and the Game Room in the Student Life Center.  The Ministry Center or Day Care Kitchens are also available for rent for simple food preparation, but if any cooking or baking is done it will require training with the Cafe Coordinator.  Set ups for most rooms are on an "AS IS" basis.  Please refer to the CLC Room Capacities & Features document for more information on particular resources.
